• License/Certifications: Board Certified in Radiation/Oncology, WV license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, HDR certification
• Experience: Experience preferred; willingness to license in WV required

What You’ll Do

• Provide radiation therapy consultation and treatment planning for adult cancer patients.
• Support staff such as Rad techs, APPs, and RNs to ensure optimal patient care.
• Manage approximately 3 new consults daily, with additional radiation treatments (approximately 18-25 patients on Tuesdays).
• Perform high-dose-rate (HDR) procedures and support a state-of-the-art cancer center.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Cerner EMR system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and all departmental protocols.

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certification in Radiation/Oncology
• State medical license in WV or willingness to obtain
• DEA certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with HDR procedures

Preferred:

• Prior experience in hospital-based radiation oncology practice
