Aqua-Tots Swim School 

• Starting pay: $16.00/hour - $18.00/hour (Based on experienced) 
• Pay raises at 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, and every 6 months after that

The Part-Time Customer Service Specialist is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing & upholding the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents, or staff members.

  What we are looking for:

• Outgoing, friendly, and professional
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Great at multitasking and staying organized
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a bonus (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.), but not required

• This is not a receptionist position
• This is not a full-time position
• This is not a seasonal or short-term position

Schedule Requirements

• Minimum of 3 shifts per week :
• At least 2 weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:30–8:30 PM) AND
• 1 weekend shift – Saturday AM Shift (8:30 AM–1:30 PM), Saturday Mid Shift (1:00 PM –4:30 PM), OR Sunday (8:30 AM–1:30 PM)

• Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Communicate effectively with families and children
• Build strong relationships—learn names, show you care
• Answer phones, give tours, and explain swim programs
• Enroll students and manage class schedules using our system
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe front desk and lobby
• Smile and have fun while making a difference!

Job Type: Part Time

Schedule:

• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday

Work location: On-site
