Now Hiring: Part-Time Assistant ManagerWe're an established, fast-paced fashion resale store looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager who can step in and run the store when the Manager is away. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already knows how to lead a retail team, drive sales, solve problems, and keep a store running smoothly.Leading day-to-day store operationsOpening/closing and handling operational issuesCoaching, training, scheduling & holding staff accountableDriving sales and monitoring performanceCustomer service & problem resolutionMerchandising, inventory & product flowHiring/onboarding and employee developmentSocial media, promotions & local marketingHelping manage resale/buying operationsMaintaining a fun, energetic, organized store environmentPrevious retail management or assistant management experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsSales & merchandising experienceExperience with scheduling, training and employee accountabilityAbility to make decisions independentlyExcellent organization and follow-throughA hands-on, "see it and fix it" attitudeFlexibility to work weekends and open/close as neededFashion, boutique, resale, consignment or specialty retail experience is a BIG plus.We need someone who can walk through the door and lead.
